Clock Making in New England #39

Authors Robert C. Cheney and Philip Zea have research and producted a superb study of clockmaking in New England during the hand craft period which is gloriously illustrated with clocks from the J. Cheney Wells collections at Old Sturbridge Village, Sturbridge, Mass. Clockmaker Robert Cheney provided most of the clock details while social historian Philip Zea contributed important information on the social impact of these clocks to New England society.
